Custom poly mailers feature your branding printed in full color on a 2.5 mil tear-resistant polyethylene bag with a self-seal adhesive strip. Available in four standard sizes from 6 x 9 inches (jewelry, cosmetics, etc.) to 19 x 24 inches (hoodies, etc. and for mailing of multiple items). The self-seal adhesive strip allows for the packaging of up to 100 items per night without the need for a tape gun. The packaging itself is so light that often the same order can be shipped at a full price band cheaper than if it were packed in a box and shipped. Waterproof surface prints well and resists scuffs from automated sorting as well as from rain on a porch. Custom printed poly mailers are used by many e-commerce shops, as well as by subscription boxes and by apparel brands, as the outer layer of a branded unboxing. The packaging is then filled with tissue paper and topped off with stickers, etc. that also carry the branding and design of the unboxing.
