What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product, and every product page states its own. Most sit at 50 units; a good number start at 12 or 24. The minimum is on the page before you ask.
How long does it take?
Most products are 14 business days in production, counted from the day you approve the proof — not from the day you order. Some run 10 days, a few 5 to 7. Each product page shows its own, and the cart works out the date for whatever is in it.
Why is the price different at different quantities?
Because setup and freight are fixed. They are spread across whatever you order, so the per-unit price falls as the run grows. Every product page shows the whole ladder rather than one number.
What artwork do you need?
Vector is best — .ai, .eps or .pdf. A high-resolution PNG usually works. If all you have is a logo off a website, send it anyway and we will tell you honestly whether it will print well.
