Shipping policy

We ship within the United States. Freight is worked out from the real weight of what is in your cart and shown before you pay, never added afterwards.

Sea freight, 3 to 4 weeks

Duties paid. The price at checkout is the landed cost: freight, customs and duty are all in it, and nothing further is owed when the shipment arrives. This is the default for most orders, and where the date allows it, it is materially cheaper.

Air freight, about a week

Freight only. Import duties and customs fees are not included and are payable by you on import. We do not collect or estimate them. Air runs roughly two and a half times the cost of sea.

How freight is priced

By weight. Every product carries its shipping weight, your cart adds them up, and the rate applies to the total, so a heavier order costs more to ship and a light one does not subsidise it.

Above about 1,000 kg an order travels as its own consignment rather than at a parcel rate. The cart will tell you and send you to the quote form, where a specialist prices it with the order.

Production comes first

Most products take 14 business days in production, counted from the day you approve your proof rather than the day you order. Some run 10 days and a few 5 to 7. Each product page states its own, and your cart works out the date for whatever is in it.

Every order gets a free digital proof, and nothing is made until you approve it.
